Today, we release rsyslog 8.2012.0. This release provides a few additions and fixes for rsyslog.
Notable fixes and additions are:
- immark rewrite with many improvements like support for rulesets, templates, using the syslog API, custom mark message
- new rate limit option im omfwd
- added new system property $now-unixtimestamp
- fixes for the testbench, error messages, a tls bug in omfwd
